We all are meeting at the TRAVELLATOR site for Friday class (1st Oct).
Be there at 2.30pm. Lets meet at the entrance to the travelator on the Hyde Park Side.
We are going to do a full test run of the speed dating sequence to make sure that it all works 100%- the last attempt on Tuesday did not work.
I am organising people into pairs with a running order and timing- so if anybody can not make it to the Travelator site on Friday please let me know ASAP.
I am also putting people into organisation roles for the event on Saturday 9th. If you can not make the event, please let me know ASAP.
Anybody who has WALKIE TALKIES can you please bring them on Friday to test on site- i think Jason you said you had some?
