There are two option of mats layout; distribution and linear.
Food Hubs
The food hubs connect people from one mat to another mat as moving factors.
Each hubs have 1 kind of food (e.g: cupcakes hub, salad hub, pizza hub, chips hub, ect) so people will be forced to move from one hub to another hub to get the food that they want. This means every time they move to the differrent hubs they might meet new or different people, therefore more interaction will be occured.
Option 1, Cluster Radial (distribution)This lay out provide more interaction between people, because the movement of people will distributed more within space.
Option 2, Linear
In this case, people will interact in between hubs rather than mats. Furthermore, people will walk surrounding the mats instead of crossing the mats.
