Tea party ( Picnic event)

Hi guys, Ceci and I have work on the picnic event. based on the post on the blog from Edwin as well as Jo ( about the food in box for somewhat show individual), also the concideration about create this event more than just a picnic, but also architecturally. so, we have two options for the way of serving food.
1. If it's fgonna be in boxes, we are thinking of Japanese Bento.
2. If the food will served openly, we are going to have food hubs( we'll disscuss about this later) in cluster arranging.

What it means by the hub is; different food served in different place. So people have to go arround too get all kind of the food. Therefore, the motion of people from one space to another space encourage them to mingle and interact with other people when they move around.




The idea of this picnic is the continuity of the traveldator idea --> interaction by moving from one space to another space.

About the food we are thinking more for light and finger food as in tea party such as:
cupcaces (or any cakes)
chips and cheese
salad
fruit
mini sandwiches
ect.

we also thinking of cooperation with one of the coffee shop, so we can have a coffee/tea tend. Therefore, the coffeeshop can sale their product to people.
