Food Party - Basically getting architects to make food in the event, perhaps even like what Sam & Tan suggested, using the pool to store fruits and ice?
Lights & Projections - Mike suggested maybe using some sort of translucent fabrics (White?) on the window around the courtyard and projects images on to it, where it allow people to see the image from both sides. Maybe with the lights switched off in the house
Information Exchange - Getting people from different industries to donate their knowledge during the events. People from industries like: Business, developers, young graduate architects, academics, young entrepreneurs, bankers & real estate agents.
