Ive contacted amcor (cardboard manufacturer) to scope out the possibilities of getting the candelabras cut out into some cardboard pieces in keeping with the theme of the event and tristans sketches. Ive also asked if they could help out in providing cardboard boxes and i'm waiting to hear back from them.
Mat Manos has been in touch with the UTS laser cutter guys to see what they can do for us and in what time frame as a backup if amcor falls through.
The traveldator promo vid is halfway there and i'm hoping to have it finished by end of play tomorrow ready for circulation. Marketing team, when are you hoping to send out invites/flyers/videos?

ReplyDeletecheck out visy for carboard as well... or going to manufacturing companies. they unpack boxes everyday and sometimes there might be large pieces of cardboard.
just a suggestion.
for physical invites, once we decide on the samples and the budget, I was thinking not to send out invites for this one but actually put up posters and flyers everywhere.
